Monday Caving

Sadly the Daniel-is-off-work-week is coming to an end. I´ll keep posting pictures of our different travels in the next few days. Here are last Monday´s pictures of our daytrip. We visited two caves, Charlottenhöhle and another one I don´t remember the name of. They are located bewteen quaint little villages not far from where we live. I love stalactite caves!

Inside "Charlot´s Cave"

a rock formation called "The Fried Egg"

Our meadow trail (before arriving at the next cave)

There were beatiful flowers on the wayside, like these blooming thistles

The girl with the many hairpins...

A horse carriage was "parked" in front of one of the caves

We saw lots of bumblebees and butterflies on our way

Cave #3, a tunnel cave you could walk through (reminds me of a Hobbit home)

(my caveman ;) )
