May Day

We were lucky to have had the perfect weather for this year´s 1st of May activity. Sunny and warm - at last. As of last Saturday it seems that Winter finally left us. I actually went outside with shorts and a t-shirt... it´s been ages :). It felt sooo good to soak up the sun while spending time with friends and having a BBQ at a nearby lake.

The first sunrays also motivated us to finally buy a pair of chairs for our balcony - after almost 4 years we can sit outside ;). Dani built a matching table, as most other tables were too big for our little balcony. On Saturday, Dani and I cleaned all the leaves and winter-junk off the balcony and thinned and replanted last year´s strawberries. We also planted some lettuce, radishes and herbs. Can´t wait to see them grow. Life was very relaxing this past four-day weekend. More sun, please!
